Steel Shed Rental

The Steel Shed is Hell Hole Inc.’s event building, available to the Jamestown community and surrounding areas for parties, receptions, fundraisers, and other gatherings. Maximum capacity is 250 people. Located at 116 Steel Shed Lane, Jamestown, SC 29453.

Rates

How booking works

1. Pick your date on the calendar below and send the request. If you need the building the day before to set up, select that day too and choose the setup-day option.
2. We’ll confirm availability and email you an invoice for the $100 non-refundable reservation deposit. Your date is held once the deposit is paid.
3. The remaining balance ($300 non-admission / $500 admission-based) is due five days before your event.
4. A building access code is emailed by 8:00 PM the night before and works from 6:00 AM on your event day.

Renters must be 21 or older. Events with 150 or more attendees require security personnel at the renter’s expense. All events must end by 11:00 PM. Please read the full rental terms and facility rules before booking.
